As with any new software application, one of the common concerns is training. With Shelter Pro there are typically two options.
The first is to use the supplied documentation to self-learn. As any software application should be, Shelter Pro is pretty intuitive to learn and use. When a new-to-Shelter Pro user reads the documentation while beginning to use the software, in most cases the user will be successful in understanding the concepts and mechanics. This option is free of cost as the documentation is included with the purchase / deployment of the software.
The second option is to arrange an instructor lead training session. This option is typically chosen when a customer has a group of employees who are new to Shelter Pro and there is a need to get everyone up to speed quickly and efficiently. A training session will typically last three to four hours. The session will cover a high level overview of the software and will then go through some common scenarios that highlight to major functions. Customers are welcome to have multiple attendees at a training session. Attendees are encouraged to engage and ask questions during the session so as to solidify the learning. Because there is a time requirement on the part of the instructor there is a cost for an instructor lead training session. The sessions are typically done remotely to eliminate the travel cost and contain the time requirement. Refer to our order forms for training session cost.
