The Donations Module is designed to keep track of all donations that are received, both monetary and in-kind. The major features of the module include:

• Donation tracking (monetary and in-kind)
• Fundraising drives to known donors
• Generate yearly tax notices for your donors
• Confirmation / thank you notices

With the Donations Module, employees will be able to record received donations. In conjunction with the Accounting Module they will also be able to record how a monetary donation was received (cash, check, credit/debit card). At the end of each calendar year, the module gives can produce annual tax statements to mail out to donors. Additionally, persons can be marked as a known donor so that targeted fund raisers / mailouts can be implemented.

As with all of Shelter Pro’s modules, the features are highly integrated within the module and across the other modules. However, the highest value is realized when all the modules are utilized to form an integrated animal control / shelter management / pet licensing system.
